WHAT'S INCLUDED
1How do I make a booking?
To make a booking with Taylor Horse Boxes call Rebecca on 07496 304134 or send us a message using the form on the Contact Us page to check availability for the dates you wish to book.
If the horse box is available on the dates you require, you will be able to confirm your booking over the phone by paying the booking deposit of £50 by card.
Full payment will have to be taken by card one week before collection of the Horsebox. The damage deposit may be paid in cash or by card at the time of collection.
2What documentation do I need to have?
In order to hire the horsebox for self-drive, we will need to see the photo card of the driver’s full UK driving licence. If you do not have a driving license with a photo you will need to bring another form of photo ID such as a passport.

We will also need to see either originals or copies of two utility bills from within the last 3 months as proof of address.

Prior to hiring the horsebox, we advise you to read through, print off and bring with you a copy of the terms and conditions.
3Do I need to pay a deposit?
There is a booking deposit of £50 per day of hire, this is taken at the time of booking to confirm the dates you wish to hire the horse box.
There is also an £500 damage deposit to cover damage to the horsebox in the case of an accident. This can be paid by card or in cash at the time of hire and will be refunded if the horsebox is returned in an undamaged condition.
4Do I need to put fuel in the Horsebox?
Taylor Horse Boxes will provide a full tank of diesel with the horsebox when you hire it, and we ask that you return the horsebox with a full tank of fuel. Failing to do so will incur a refuelling charge.
Our Hire Lorry
The Taylor Horseboxes hire box is a brand new and bespoke build 3.5 tonne weekender. The box is ideal for short stay a way shows and events.
The separate living area contains a bed, hob, sink, fridge and seating area. The horses also travel in luxury with CCTV, full removable stallion partition, hot horse shower and storage above the luton, as well internal and external tack lockers.
